  • Patent number: 11982649
Abstract: A shear testing system and method of thermo-seepage-mechanical field and engineering disturbance coupling under deep and complex condition are provided. The shear testing system can be used in conjunction with an axial pressure application device to simplify the structure, save costs, and facilitate a triaxial confining pressure—temperature—axial pressure—torsional shear coupled test on a rock specimen. The shear testing system can achieve the following three purposes. First, the shear testing system can convert an axial pressure into a torsional shear force through a transmission mechanism of a power conversion assembly. Second, the shear testing system can apply an axial pressure to the rock specimen fixed between two specimen fixing heads, through a pressure shaft of an axial pressure mechanism. Third, the shear testing system can apply a triaxial confining pressure and a temperature field to the rock specimen.

  • Publication number: 20240155059
Abstract: A print control device comprises a linear modular component, a driving mechanism, and at least one guide rail. The guide rail and the linear modular component are arranged in parallel, and the driving mechanism is disposed on one end of the linear modular component. A group of sensors are respectively disposed at two ends of the linear modular component. The driving mechanism is configured to: control a print device disposed on the linear modular component to move along the guide rail in a predefined direction. The group of sensors are configured to: detect a position relationship between the print device and the sensor. If the print device arrives at the position of the sensor located in the predefined movement direction, the sensor located in the predefined movement direction stops sending the sensing signal to the driving mechanism, such that the driving mechanism controls the print device to stop movement.

  • Patent number: 8477776
Abstract: A modem includes a communicating module, a multimedia terminal adapter (MTA) module, a parsing module, and a selecting module. The communicating module sends a configuration file request packet to a TFTP server to get configuration files including a file ID. The parsing module parses the configuration files to get the file ID. The selecting module configures the MTA module corresponding to the file ID. The communicating module further communicates with a VoIP network according to a protocol corresponding to the file ID.

  • Patent number: 8155024
Abstract: A system and method can manage network connectivity of a customer premises equipment (CPE) using a cable modem termination system (CMTS). The CMTS connects to the CPE via a cable modem, and connects to a dynamic host configuration protocol (DHCP) server via a network. The CMTS includes a connection unit that is operable to inform the CPE to request the DHCP server to get a new internet protocol (IP) address when the cable modem changes a radio frequency (RF) channel to different IP domains, and control the CPE to communicate with the CMTS according to the new IP address.

  • Publication number: 20120027007
Abstract: A network registration method of a cable modem boots the cable modem with a default packet cable (PC) protocol, detects the network server through a network when the cable modem is booted, and determines whether the network server has been detected. When the network server has been detected, the method registers the cable modem on the network server through the network. Additionally, the method reboots the cable modem with a backup PC protocol upon the condition that the network server has not been detected.

  • Publication number: 20110310887
Abstract: A cable modem in communication with a trivial file transfer protocol (TFTP) server includes a default system and a backup system employing various packet cable protocols. The cable modem boots with the default system, obtains a vendor specific information (VSIF) from the TFTP server, and determines if the VSIF matches with the default system. The cable modem continuously boots with the default system if the VSIF matches with the default system. The cable modem configures the currently default system to be the backup system and configures the currently backup system to be the default system, and reboots with the newly configured default system if the VSIF mismatches with the default system.

  • Publication number: 20090285210
Abstract: A network device includes a real-time transport protocol (RTP) stream prediction table (SPT), a receiving module, a stream determining module, a service module, and a transmitting module. The RTP SPT includes a plurality of packet entries, each of which comprises common parameters. The receiving module receives a packet that comprises individual parameters. The stream determining module determines if the received packet matches with one of the packet entries of the RTP SPT by comparing the individual parameters of the received packet with the common parameters of each of the packet entries of the RTP SPT. The service module provides quality of service (QoS) for the received packet when the received packet matches with one of the packet entries of the RTP SPT. The transmitting module transmits the received packet based on QoS. A method for detecting RTP packets is also provided.

  • Patent number: 4878662
Abstract: An exercise machine weight guide including an uppermost plate with a centrally disposed mounting hole. The mounting hole is designed to accommodate a threaded plug and a securing plug. A weight post with one threaded end and a number of apertures disposed along its length is inserted through the opening of the uppermost plate. The threaded plug has internal threads for securing over the threaded end of the weight post. The securing plug is positioned over the threaded plug and engages, of a corresponding set of threads, with the threads located within the mounting hole. A number of weights are disposed below the uppermost plate. The lower surface of each weight has a groove which allows a connector pin to pass under the weight and through an aperture of the weight post. The threaded plug is rotated to tighten the assembly to form a single mass of weight and securing plug is rotated to tighten against the threaded plug locking the threaded plug in place. To change the weight, the procedure is reversed.
