  • Publication number: 20250094718
Abstract: A text from a predetermined domain is taken and converted to canonical named entities based on an established taxonomy. Using a shared machine learning encoder model, contextual embeddings for these named entities are produced. These embeddings are then fed into a domain-specific scoring model related to the text's domain. This model ranks the embeddings based on relevance. The derived relevance scores, along with the entities, are sent to another system for further tasks. For instance, a recommendation system might use these scores to suggest relevant named entities.

  • Publication number: 20250061303
Abstract: A system and method for accessing drilling records. A semantic web for drilling records is built, wherein building includes converting drilling records retrieved from a database into a Resource Description Framework (RDF) format and storing the RDF formatted drilling records in the semantic web. Transfer learning is applied to drilling domain knowledge to obtain a large language model (LLM) with drilling domain knowledge. A schema is applied to unstructured records to extract information from unstructured records and the extracted information is then stored in RDF format to the semantic web. The LLM is configured to query the semantic web and to manipulate RDF formatted data within the semantic web.

  • Publication number: 20240424117
Abstract: A paclitaxel prodrug, includes a disulfide bond, a PEG molecular chain, and a RGD peptide chain in the structure. The paclitaxel prodrug can self-assemble into micelles in an aqueous environment, with good in vitro stability. The introduced disulfide bond is conducive to the specific bond-breaking of the prodrug at the tumor sites, that can cause the disintegration of the prodrug micelles, damage the micelle morphology, and thus exhibit good sustained-release effects.

  • Publication number: 20240268970
Abstract: The present invention discloses a fusion cage. The fusion cage includes a first end surface and a second end surface. The first end surface is provided with a first lattice, and at least one region of the second end surface is provided with a second lattice. The first lattice provides a pathway for attaching and supporting human tissue, facilitating inward bone ingrowth for the fusion cage. The structure of the second lattice is designed to decrease the overall elastic modulus of the product and provide a region for bone ingrowth. Different lattice layouts, with the first lattice facilitating inward bone ingrowth and the second lattice reducing bone elastic modulus, address the issue in existing fusion devices of not meeting both bone elastic modulus matching and human tissue growth simultaneously.

  • Publication number: 20240268972
Abstract: The present invention provides a fusion cage. The fusion cage includes a first end surface, designed to conform to and support human tissue. The first end surface is provided with a first lattice structure extending into the interior of the fusion cage. The first lattice structure is intended to conform to and support human tissue, providing a pathway for bone ingrowth into the interior of the fusion cage. A second lattice structure is provided within the fusion cage, serving to reduce the overall product's elastic modulus and provide space for bone ingrowth. The primary purpose of the first lattice structure is to offer a space for the growth of human tissue, and the combined action of both lattice structures at two locations helps address the technical challenge of prior art being unable to simultaneously meet the matching bone elastic modulus and aid in the growth of human tissue.
