    Abstract: Systems and methods which provide for accurate decoding of a received channel signal when station identifier information is unknown. Embodiments accurately decode a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH), such as to obtain downlink control information (DCI), without knowing radio network temporary identifier (RNTI) information. An unknown station identifier information (USII) of embodiments uses redundancy reduction-based error checking (performing error checking between data decoded from a candidate control channel data block containing redundant data and a portion of that candidate control channel data block containing redundancy reduced data) for implementing decoding when station identifier information is unknown. Embodiments of a USII decoder may use a power detection technique for identifying candidate control channel data blocks used in redundancy reduction-based error checking operation.

The present disclosure also discloses a communication state transition apparatus.

The three kind of color-different astaxanthin multimer nano-dispersion systems utilize a special molecular structure of natural biomacromolecule chitosan and fish sperm DNA as well as physical interaction between macromolecules to induce formation and stability of astaxanthin multimers under solvent and salt ion-effects. Low-toxicity ethanol is selected as a good solvent for astaxanthin. The organic solvent can be completely removed in the later stage of the preparation process, and can be further enriched and recycled, which is beneficial to clean production and low cost. By adjusting process parameters, the H1-, or H2- or J-type astaxanthin aggregate water dispersion system can be obtained, so as to control a coloration range of astaxanthin water-based products to be yellow, orange and pink.

The ammunition cartridges are agitated in the acidic aqueous solution as a voltage is applied between the anode and the cathode. The applied voltage is effective to oxidize and dissolve zinc from the copper-zinc alloy. Copper metal derived from the alloy can be recovered as a solid, and zinc ion derived from the alloy can be recovered as a solution.
