Abstract: Disclosed is an efficacious, low-pH skin care composition that provides good sensory properties and has a low skin irritation potential. The low-pH composition includes an effective amount of a vitamin B3 compound and, optionally, one or more additional skin care actives to provide a skin health and/or appearance benefit. The low-pH composition also includes a pH buffer comprising lactic acid and sodium lactate, a polymer thickener comprising polyacrylate crosspolymer-6, and a silicone fluid having a kinematic viscosity of 100 cSt or less at 25° C. The pH of the low-pH composition can range from 2.0 to 5.0.

Abstract: A display substrate, a display panel, and a display apparatus are provided, The display substrate of the present disclosure includes a base substrate and multiple pixel structures on the base substrate. Each pixel structure includes a pixel drive circuit and at least two light emitting devices, the pixel drive circuit includes at least two drive sub-circuits, one drive sub-circuit is electrically connected to a first electrode of one of the light emitting devices, and multiple light emitting devices are stacked on the base substrate. The multiple pixel structures on the display substrate are arranged in a honeycomb structure.

Abstract: An electronic device may be provided with peripheral conductive housing structures, a rear wall, and a vent that includes a conductive cowling. The device may include an antenna having an antenna arm coupled to a positive antenna feed terminal and having a parasitic element. The parasitic element may be formed from a conductive trace that is layered onto the rear wall, that is indirectly fed by the antenna arm, and that overlaps a portion of the conductive cowling. The parasitic element may be shorted to a conductive bracket on the rear wall or may be separated from the bracket by a gap. If desired, the conductive cowling may form some or all of a parasitic element for the antenna. The conductive cowling may be indirectly fed by the conductive trace and/or may include an extension that is indirectly fed by the antenna arm.

Abstract: The present application relates to the technical field of non-terrestrial network communications, and provides a timing advance reporting method and apparatus. The terminal device generates an information unit according to an estimated timing advance amount and transmits the information unit to a non-terrestrial network device, wherein the information unit includes a first feature field including data of a first dimension and a second feature field including data of a second dimension. The present application improves the reporting accuracy of the timing advance amount by determining data of different dimensions according to the timing advance amount, thereby satisfying the optimization design requirements of the non-terrestrial network device.

The light-emitting functional layer and the second electrode of the light-emitting device are confined in the isolation opening and the pixel opening. At the pixel opening and the isolation opening, orthogonal projections on the baseplate of at least two positions on an edge of the pixel opening are at differing distances from an orthogonal projection on the baseplate of an edge of the isolation opening. By offsetting the pixel opening, impedance between the second electrode and the isolation structure is decreased.

Such a method comprises exposing a polymer to an ionic functional group precursor under conditions to incorporate covalently bound ionic functional groups into the polymer, thereby providing a functionalized polymer comprising the covalently bound ionic functional groups; and forming the functionalized polymer into a membrane, thereby providing an ion exchange membrane that is permeable to some ions present in a fluid in contact with the membrane while impermeable to other ions present in the fluid. The ion exchange membranes and devices incorporating the membranes, e.g., redox flow batteries, are also encompassed by the present disclosure.

Based on a dependency relationship between a first application and a second application, the second application may be installed on a first device, so that the first application may obtain, from a server corresponding to the second application through the second application, a resource for performing a response operation by the device. The first-entry tokens are compared to the second-entry tokens, and, in response to the comparison, it is determined whether the first entry matches one of the second entries.
