The contact information of the referring real estate agent is stored in an agent database. A specialized link correlates the referring agent's contact information with the development website which, upon activation of the link, targets the web pages of the development website and inserts the contact information of the referring real estate agent in place of the contact information of the developer. A facilitator typically manages the agent database, and identifies both the real estate agent and the developer as customers of the facilitator before the contact information at the development website is replaced.
