  • Patent number: 7257211
Abstract: At least one MULAP line in a communication installation is controlled and/or monitored using an application. To simplify the combination of MULAP lines and CTI applications, or to allow it at all, each MULAP line has an associated MULAP call number, and a plurality of terminals can access these MULAP lines, each of the MULAP lines having a respective associated terminal as master terminal. First, the application sends an order for a MULAP call number to the communication installation. The communication installation then converts the MULAP call number into the terminal call number of the master terminal associated with this MULAP line and carries out the order for this terminal call number, all messages relating to MULAP line being sent as those associated with the master terminal from the communication installation to the application as messages associated with this MULAP call number.

  • Patent number: 5557660
Abstract: Program-controlled communication system, whereby a call request is simultaneously signaled at a plurality of communication terminal equipment. The call request that is addressed to a specific terminal equipment (KE-D) is simultaneously signaled at at least one further terminal equipment (KE-C). These terminal equipment preferably belong to a group of terminal equipment integrated in the communication system which have key functions. When the call is accepted by a terminal equipment (KE-C), then, after the set up of a connection to the other terminal equipment, a connection can be automatically set up between this terminal equipment and the originally calling terminal equipment (KE-A) by actuating a special key (ST). Simultaneously, the call set up between the two first-cited terminal equipment is cleared down.

  • Patent number: 5509059
Abstract: Method for the establishment in a communication system of a connection between a communication terminal apparatus and a plurality of further apparatus. To accelerate the switching-on of the respective apparatus of the plurality of further apparatus (separate loudspeaker, loudspeaker of the terminal apparatus) for the purpose of a group announcement, on the basis of a group-individual identification number (KZ), a switch-on request is generated by a computer control (ASt) and is simultaneously transmitted to a limited number (maximum number) of apparatus of the plurality of further apparatus by the computer control (ASt). A counter (PZ), set for this number, is decremented for each receipt information item (ZRS) received by the computer control from the limited number of apparatus. Further switch-on requests (VA) are then transmitted to the apparatus of the plurality of further apparatus until the maximum predetermined number is again reached.
