Abstract: Disclosed is a metal container including a neck, wherein a screw thread and a ring collar are provided. The screw thread: —includes a top radius between 0.85 and 1.2 mm and a bottom radius between 0.5 and 0.7 mm; —the lower flank of the ring collar, which diverges from the top flank in the direction of the longitudinal axis, defines an angle of between 20° and 30° relative to a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis; —the outer rim of the bottom flank of the ring collar has a radius between 0.7 and 0.9 mm, and—the inner rim of the lower flank of the ring collar is provided at a distance of between 13 and 15 mm relative to the free rim of the neck.
