  • Patent number: 10422176
Abstract: A device for opening a door includes an electric motor on a base, a slider movable relative to the base along a rectilinear direction between a rest position and an open position, and a rod pushing against the door and movable relative to the base and the slider along the rectilinear direction between a retracted position and an extracted position. An actuating element resiliently pushes the rod towards the extracted position. A gearwheel transmission is arranged between the electric motor and a transmission device to cause movement of the slider into the open position. The gearwheel transmission includes a gearwheel having a non-toothed segment which disengages the slider from the electric motor when the slider reaches the open position. A recall element recalls the slider towards the rest position or the rod towards the retracted position when the non-toothed segment disengages the slider from the electric motor.

  • Patent number: 8695933
Abstract: An adjustable foot for an electric household appliance having a body integrally fastenable to a casing of the electric household appliance, a stem carried by the body so as to vertically slide, a support element associated with a lower end of the stem, a first screw mechanism operatively associated with the stem and provided with anti-rotation portion cooperating with the body, a toothed wheel carried by the body so as to be coaxial to the stem and idle about a substantially vertical symmetry axis of the latter, a second screw mechanism operatively associated with the toothed wheel and cooperating with the first screw mechanism for vertically translating the stem in response to a rotation of the toothed wheel.

  • Patent number: 8534471
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a system for adjusting a height of a rack within a dishwasher. The system includes a rack plate assembly and a wheel plate assembly. The rack plate assembly is configured to be secured to the rack. The rack plate assembly includes a rack plate and a handle pivotally secured to the rack plate. The wheel plate assembly is adjustably secured with respect to the rack plate. The wheel plate assembly includes a wheel plate having at least one adjustment slot. A portion of the handle securely engages the wheel plate through the at least one adjustment slot. The portion of the handle is configured to disengage from the at least one adjustment slot in order to adjust the rack plate with respect to the wheel plate.

  • Publication number: 20110297802
Abstract: An adjustable foot including a body integrally fastenable to a casing of the electric household appliance, a stem slidingly carried by the body, floor resting means, first screw means operatively associated with the stem and provided with anti-rotation means, a toothed wheel carried by the body so as to be coaxial to the stem and idle about a substantially vertical symmetry axis of the latter, second screw means operatively associated with the toothed wheel and cooperating with the first screw means for vertically translating the stem in response to a rotation of the toothed wheel, and control means for the toothed wheel; wherein the toothed wheel is axially mounted with clearance between opposite first and second abutting means of the body; the latter being provided with elastic axial biasing means cooperating with the toothed wheel and arranged on the side opposite to the end length of the first screw means, which has a thread height gradually decreasing towards the elastic means.
