Abstract: The present description concerns a transmitarray antenna cell (105) comprising a semiconductor substrate (201); a first rectilinear polarizer (207a), located on the side of a first surface (201a) of the semiconductor substrate; a second rectilinear polarizer (207b), located on the side of a second surface (201b) of the semiconductor substrate opposite to the first surface and orthogonal to the first polarizer; and at least one radiating element (203-1, 203-2 interposed between the second surface (201b) of the semiconductor substrate and the second polarizer (207b), said at least one radiating element being adapted to switching between at least two phase states.
