  • Publication number: 20220413391
Abstract: A method for determining an input to a lens model to determine a setpoint for manipulation of a lens of a lithographic apparatus when addressing at least one of a plurality of fields of a substrate, the method including: receiving parameter data for the at least one field, the parameter data relating to one or more parameters of the substrate within the at least one field, the one or more parameters being at least partially sensitive to manipulation of the lens as part of an exposure performed by the lithographic apparatus; receiving lens model data relating to the lens; and determining the input based on the parameter data and on the lens model data.

  • Publication number: 20220265958
Abstract: A breathing motion simulator for simulating an expanding and retracting movement of live breathing, includes a pump and an inflatable bladder for generating a repetitive motion resembling a breathing motion. The simulator includes a cover plate positioned across the bladder and a cover guidance for linearly guiding the cover plate with respect to a base body. The cover guidance includes at least a first living hinge unit and a second living hinge unit oriented in a non-parallel direction with respect to each other for constraining a rotational movement of the cover plate, where each living hinge unit includes at least three stacked living hinges defining a set of three pivot axes in parallel for allowing a translational movement of the cover plate, such that the cover guidance enables a linear movement of the cover plate.

  • Publication number: 20220152340
Abstract: A haptic respiration simulator includes: a pump unit; an accumulator for reducing noise originating from a pumping action of the pump, the accumulator being in fluid communication with an outlet of the pump; and a pump suspension system for reducing noise originating from operation of the pump, including: a tubular casing for receiving the pump unit at an inside thereof, the tubular casing having a substantially closed circumferential wall that prevents at least a part of the sound waves resulting from operation of the pump to transfer outside the tubular casing; an inner suspension for suspending the pump with respect to the tubular casing, the inner suspension being positioned between the pump and the tubular casing; a pair of end caps for sealing the tubular casing, and an outer suspension for suspending the tubular casing with respect to a housing.

  • Publication number: 20210228816
Abstract: Stabbing accidents are prone to occur to people handling needles, for example when recapping a needle or when trying to remove a needle from a syringe. A device is provided for safe and automatic removal of a needle from a syringe aimed to prevent stabbing accidents. The device is arranged to grab hold of and rotate the needle of a syringe. The needle, after being rotate off the syringe is discarded into the device by releasing the grip on the needle. The device rotates two rotating gears relative to each other to move grippers towards the needle, and rotates the two gears together to rotate the needle relative to the syringe which may be held by the user.

  • Patent number: 11040758
Abstract: A device for paying out an elongated flexible article from a vessel is described. The device comprises a storage unit for the article, overboarding guide means for the article, article support means defining a cable path between the storage unit and the overboarding guide means, and pulling means for advancing the elongated article along the path. The article support means comprise an overboarding support element that is translatable in a first direction, and a buffering support system comprising a support element that is translatable in a second direction, whereby a translation of the support element has the effect of varying the length of the cable path. A vessel equipped with the device is also described. The device and method allow paying out an elongated flexible article from a vessel in a more efficient way.

  • Publication number: 20210144978
Abstract: In an open topped, stackable, molded plastic container (1), which is generally rectangular with a bottom (2) and first and second pairs of parallel upright walls (3, 4, 5, 6) joined to the bottom and at corners via corner structures (10). Each corner structure comprises a hollow tubular post (13) with a lower protruding stacking pin portion (13p) such that—in a stack—the pin portion of an upper container is received through a hole (14) in a top wall (12) of the corner structure of a lower container onto which said upper container is stacked. Multiple vertical stacking ribs (15a-g) are arranged circumferentially spaced about the hollow tubular post (13). The container is used in combination with a spawn structure in which the mother insects will spawn their eggs. The spawn structure comprises a foldable member and a rigid member.

  • Publication number: 20110264751
Abstract: Systems and methods for creating, transmitting and receiving a video email. A user records a video for incorporation into a video email. The user logs into a video server and uses a video creation interface to record a video and define an email message in which to embed the video. The video may be stored on the video server and the message contents are passed to a messaging server. The messaging server downloads one or more frames of the recorded video and creates a still image using the one or more frames. The messaging server embeds the image into an email and includes the message contents to create a video email. The messaging server sends the video email to a recipient. The recipient receives the email and clicks on the one or more images. The recipient's computer launches a web browser that automatically plays the video from the video server.
