  • Patent number: 12320731
Abstract: An exemplary platform independent sensing platform system and method that streamline the sensing operations of unmanned aerial-amphibious vehicles for remote or wide area analysis and/or monitoring of a body of water. The exemplary sensing platform system and method employ a remote sensing payload that wirelessly tethers to an edge sensing platform to operate synchronously with one another as the remote sensing payload samples a body of water at different depths and at different locations while being deployed and extracted from a given different locations by the unmanned aerial-amphibious vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20230195966
Abstract: The invention relates to the method of exploration at well level (one-dimensional) of the content and quality of organic matter in source rocks in marine environments. The method for determining the content and maturation of organic carbon by (multi)one-dimensional simulation makes it possible to estimate the production, preservation and degradation of this carbon in a given well (or multiple wells) located in a sedimentary basin, in order to characterize the organic facies present in the marine environment.

  • Publication number: 20170119642
Abstract: An effervescent composition is provided which contains a phase-stable oil-in-water emulsion comprising a discontinuous oil phase homogenously distributed within continuous water phase, wherein the discontinuous oil phase comprises a UV-absorbing compound; and from about 20% to about 30% by weight of the composition of a combination of at least two propellants selected from the group consisting of dimethyl ether, a hydrocarbon, or mixtures thereof, and 1, 1-difluoroethane, where the composition includes from about 8% to about 15% by weight of each propellant in the propellant combination, and where the composition provides a phase-stable, effervescent foam when discharged from a pressurized aerosol container.
