  • Publication number: 20230331168
Abstract: Disclosed is a coupling member fixable to an end portion of a crossbar member. The coupling member includes at least two elongate coupling segments configured to be at least partially inserted in longitudinally extending interior spaces of the crossbar member wherein the interior spaces are separated by a common interior wall. Two adjacent coupling segments of the at least two elongate coupling segments are fixedly coupled to each other by means of a coupling portion. The coupling portion is configured to hold the elongate coupling segments at a predetermined distance with respect to each other to define a receiving space between the adjacent elongate coupling segments. The receiving space is configured for receiving a portion of the interior wall of the crossbar member.

  • Publication number: 20160106280
Abstract: A vacuum attachment (1) for a blower (2), comprising: an input air channel (3) having an air inlet (4); and a through channel (5) from a vacuum inlet (6) to an outlet (7), in which the input air channel (3) terminates in a port (8) in the through channel (5), in which the port (8) is positioned so as to direct air flowing from the input air channel (3) in a direction through the through channel (5) away from the vacuum inlet (6), in which the air inlet (4) has a mounting surface (9) on which can be mounted an air outlet (10) of the blower (2) in a releasable and re-engagable manner. Thus, with a blower (2) connected to the air inlet (4), an airflow introduced at the air inlet (4) will cause an airflow from the vacuum inlet (6) to the outlet (7), entraining debris with the airflow.

  • Patent number: 8950073
Abstract: A chain sharpening device arranged to sharpen a saw chain. The device comprises a housing (110), arranged to be detachably mounted on the guide bar (3), a sharpening element (140) selectively displaceable relative to the housing between a resting state and a sharpening state, an actuator (150), selectively displaceable between an inactivated state and an activated state, which actuator is connected to the sharpening element and arranged to selectively bring the sharpening element from the resting state to the sharpening state, a first biasing member (160) operatively connected to the actuator and arranged to bias the actuator towards its inactivated state, a second biasing member (170), operatively connected to the sharpening element and arranged to enable relative movement between the actuator and the sharpening element when the sharpening element is in the sharpening state, so as to delimit a force with which the sharpening element (140) can be pressed towards the saw chain.
