  • Patent number: 11141081
Abstract: An acoustic device is configured to diagnose and treat tinnitus. The device includes a wearable support in the form of a headset, a pair of acoustic emitter-receivers, a pair of electromagnetic stimulation elements, an acoustic signals generator and an electromagnetic signals generator. The acoustic emitter-receivers and the electromagnetic stimulation elements are all are placed on the wearable support. The acoustic signals generator, which generates a diagnosis acoustic signal and a treatment acoustic signal to the acoustic emitter-receivers, is arranged on or associated with the wearable support. The electromagnetic signals generator, which induces microelectric signals to the electromagnetic stimulation elements, is also arranged on or associated with the wearable support.

  • Patent number: 10716805
Abstract: A composition for releasing nitric oxide which provides a rapid release of nitrogen monoxide, and also allows formation of S-nitrosothiol compounds which provide a slower extended release of nitrogen monoxide. A composition kit includes two components that are mixed together to initiate nitric oxide release. The kit includes: a liquid phase comprising a solvent and at least one reducing agent; and a solid phase comprising a nitrate and/or nitrite salt, copper ions and at least one thiol. A method of treating sexual dysfunction involves topically applying the composition to an area of the subject to be treated.

  • Publication number: 20190254573
Abstract: A device and composition for applying an integrated therapeutic methodology for the treatment of tinnitus is provided. The methodology includes administering, according to a predetermined timing and dosage, oral and topical selected functional-regulating substances; sounds, by means of a dedicated technical device; and quantized low frequency electromagnetic waves, using the same device. The methodology preferably includes a biochemical step involving the administration of medicative drops into the ear through the external canal and gastro-resistant biphasic oral capsules, and a physical step of administering sounds and electromagnetic waves.

  • Patent number: 6936287
Abstract: The invention provides olive-derived vegetation water substantially free of monophenolic compounds (e.g., tyrosol and its derivatives) from olive pits. According to one aspect of the invention, the pits or seeds are removed from the olives prior to pressing. The pitless pulp or meat is then pressed to obtain a liquid-phase mixture including olive oil, vegetation water, and solid by-products. The vegetation water is separated from the rest of the liquid-phase mixture and collected. The vegetation water is useful as a source of oleuropein.

  • Patent number: 6165475
Abstract: The invention provides a stable, olive-derived vegetation water substantially free of monophenolic compounds (e.g., tyrosol and its derivatives). The olive or seeds are removed from the olives prior to pressing. The pitless pulp or meat is then pressed to obtain a liquid-phase mixture including olive oil, vegetation water, and solid by-products. The vegetation water is separated from the rest of the liquid-phase mixture and collected, and stabilized for long term storage by acidification.
