Abstract: A light attachable to an outside surface includes a base, a housing and an electronic assembly. The housing has an outer surface, an inner surface and a mating surface. The two are joined to define a substantially fluid tight cavity. The housing has a lens portion and a charging portion; each are at least one of transparent and translucent. The electronic assembly is positioned within the housing, and includes at least one LED light, control circuitry coupled to the LED light, a solar panel and a battery coupled to the control circuitry. The solar panel is configured to charge the battery. The battery is coupled to the LED light under the control of the control circuitry. A plurality of sensors provide data to the control circuitry to direct the LED light in one of an on position and an off position.

The panel assemblies each including a panel member and an attachment assembly. The panel member having a front and back surface and an outer perimeter. The attachment assembly having a plurality of attachment members coupled to the panel member. The panel member attachable through the attachment members to the wall mount assembly. A second panel member having substantially the same structural configuration is attachable to the first panel member through the respective attachment members. Methods of use are likewise disclosed.

The diverter has a minimal amount of components and relies on a minimal amount of seals to effectuate a full diversion of flow between two outlets. The flow diverter 10 includes outer housing 12, flow selector valve 14 and seal members 16. The seal members are positioned so that one of the seal members is positioned within a non-planar groove on the selector valve.
