  • Patent number: 6432114
Abstract: A device for making micro-abrasions on human tissue including a handle having an inlet passage and an outlet passage which communicate with an aperture provided in the handle and intended to be positioned on the surface to be treated, and supply means for the metered supply of reducing substances in a pneumatic carrier from a supply container connected to the inlet passage, to the aperture of the handle. The device is further arranged for selective and controlled supply of a liquid to the aperure of the handle.

  • Patent number: 5534985
Abstract: The present invention relates to a cleaning device for a fixing unit used, for example in an electric photocopier, for fixing a developed image on a support. The fixing unit is formed by a fuser assembly, in contact with which there moves a film that is rolled up to form an endless belt. The film is set in motion by a drive roller which transmits a drive torque to the belt. The cleaning device removes contaminating particles from the external surface of the drive roller in order to keep constant the coefficient of friction as between the film and the drive roller.

  • Patent number: 5207234
Abstract: A method for making micro-abrasions on human tissue comprising placing a handle having an open chamber therein on human tissue to close said chamber, applying suction to said chamber to sealingly engage the periphery of the chamber with the human tissue and partially sucking the human tissue into said chamber, inducing the flow of air into the chamber by the removal of air from the chamber by suction while restricting entry of ambient air from the surrounding atmosphere into the chamber around the periphery of the chamber, entraining a reducing substance in said flow of air prior to entry of the flow of air into the chamber, directing the reducing substance entering the chamber against the human tissue at an angle less than 90.degree.

  • Patent number: 5100412
Abstract: Apparatus for making micro-abrasions, particularly on human tissue, including a handle having an aperture which is intended to be positioned on the surface to be treated, and a nipple device for the metered supply of reducing substances in a pneumatic carrier to the aperture of the handle. The supply device comprises only a vacuum source connected to the handle to draw the reducing substances towards the aperture of the handle. A collector device is provided for collecting the used substances for disposal.
