Abstract: An apparatus for positioning around the screen of a cathode ray tube comprising, a strap of a flexible material with a circumference that allows it to be positioned around the upper surface, lower surface and side surfaces of a cathode ray tube. The strap is adjacent the screen end of the cathode ray tube. The strap assumes a generally rectangular configuration when placed around the screen. The strap, when positioned around the cathode ray tube, forms two vertical side extents, a horizontal upper extent and a lower horizontal extent. A pile-type fastener is secured to a central region of the upper extent of the strap. An adjustable structure is in the lower extent of the strap diametrically opposed from the flap. A replaceable decorative ATTACHMENT is attached and supported by the strap and pile-type fastener.
