Abstract: A carrier for transporting covered dishes such as casseroles which includes an insulated tray, which in some embodiments may be used as a cutting board, having a plurality of holes extending partially therethrough which are oriented in patterened relationship with respect to the center of the tray and into which pins may be selectively received so as to be in substantially abutting relationship to a covered dish or other item supported on the tray.
