Abstract: An injection device (1) for injecting a medical liquid, comprising: —a piston (6) arranged within an inner space (4) delimiting an upper space (4b) and a lower space (4a), —an evacuation path, said evacuation path traversing the piston (6) the lower space (4a) to the upper space (4b) of the inner space, —a selector (24) between a lower portion (17a) and an intermediate portion (17b) of the evacuation path, configured for selectively allowing the gas to go through and preventing the medical liquid from going through said selector (24, 50, 60), —a purge valve (22) between between a blocking and a passing configuration which requires an overpressure in the intermediate portion (17b) caused by the piston (6) travelling towards the lower end of the body (2).

Abstract: A medical container assembly is disclosed having an adapter assembly that fluidly connects with a medical container having a volume of medical fluid to accommodate multiple injections. The adapter assembly includes a spike assembly (300) that fluidly connects with the medical container, along with a spike interface cover (200) that detachably connects with the spike assembly (300). Features are incorporated by the spike assembly (300) to reduce the potential that the spike assembly (300) will be used with multiple medical containers. The spike interface cover (200) is detachably connected with the spike assembly (300) and includes features that allows the spike interface cover (200) to be used with a spike assembly (300) installed on one container, and to thereafter allow this same spike interface cover (200) to be used with another spike assembly (300) installed on another container.

Abstract: A medical stopcock comprising a body provided with three female connectors and a male connector, at least one of the female connectors being designed to receive an injection syringe; and a mobile plug which is mounted in the body, is provided with a rotation lever and comprises a fluid circulation channel; wherein the female connector designed to receive an injection syringe comprises a fool proofing device in order to prevent a mixing syringe from being mounted on this connector.

The base is joined to a hollow tubular body, having a threaded inner surface and a male central luer cone. The outer surface of the body and the inner surface of the base of the connection, cooperating by friction, have a spherical then cylindrical shape.

Abstract: A connector for medical use includes an adapter equipped at its center with a needle extending into a chamber and optionally terminating in a part of a terminal end of the chamber. The terminal end has a cross section suitable for receiving, by friction, a luer type male connector. The needle a terminal part including an orifice or orifices, which is encased in a cavity of an elastic seal having, in the thickness of its free end, a slit or equivalent. The elastic seal has a free end at a tangent to that of the chamber and is provided with a ring encircling its terminal part at least as far as the zone opposite the orifice or orifices of the needle. Along part of the length of the terminal end of the chamber, the outer surface of the elastic seal and/or the inner surface or thickness of the ring has at least one recess for promoting the expulsion of the material constituting the seal, at the time of passage of the needle.
