  • Patent number: 12418212
Abstract: A stator component of an electrodynamic machine is provided, having a plastic structure, a stator unit at least partly integrated into the plastic structure and having coil windings, an electronic controller, and multiple metal conductor elements, by which the windings connect to the controller. A part of the extension of the conductor elements is integrated into the plastic structure. The plastic structure is produced by injection molding onto a preassembled group including the stator unit and conductor elements connected to the coil windings. The plastic structure forms a collar adjacent each conductor element free end section which projects from the plastic structure and is paired with the contact of the controller, said collar surrounding the circumference of the conductor element and protruding beyond the rest of the plastic structure. The sections of the conductor elements passing through each collar have grooves filled with thermoplastic ribs of the plastic structure.

  • Patent number: 11752674
Abstract: A method is provided for the production of an electrical or electronic component having a conductor element with two contact points and a plastic structure injection-molded thereon. A strip-type metal substrate, having multiple conductor element blanks and a carrier structure, is provided. Grooved depressions are produced on all peripheral surfaces of the blanks on a texturing section with one or two laser light sources. With a single laser light source the grooved depressions are produced on at least two primary peripheral surfaces which adjoin one another and form a common edge such that a multiplicity of the grooved depressions extends without interruption continuously into the primary peripheral surfaces. A conductor element blank is separated from the carrier structure. The resulting conductor element is encapsulated with plastic by injection molding on all peripheral surfaces within a section to be encapsulated. The plastic structure thereby formed extends into the grooved depressions.

  • Patent number: 11387594
Abstract: An electrical component has an electrical cable and an electrical functional unit undetachably connected at an end side. The electrical cable has a metallic conductor and a plastic insulating sleeve surrounding the conductor. The electrical functional unit has an insulator housing injection-molded onto the plastic insulating sleeve, and an electrical functional element accommodated in the insulator housing and with which contact is made by the conductor. The plastic insulating sleeve is in a ring zone covered by the insulator housing, structured on its outer surface in an encircling manner by laser processing with a groove pattern and raised portions between the grooves. The insulator housing has a pattern formed during injection-molding by the groove pattern of the insulating sleeve, having webs which enter grooves and are anchored such that the insulator housing and insulating sleeve are permanently sealed from one another in respect of liquid media in the ring zone.

  • Publication number: 20090091209
Abstract: A rotor exhibits a carbon commutator (4). For the manufacture of the rotor, an insulating support (9) is positioned on the rotor shaft (1). The insulating support (9) features lugs (13), around which the winding ends (8) of the rotor coils (3) are wound; after the removal of the insulation, the winding ends (8) are provided with an electrically conductive adhesive. The commutator (4) is the put on the lugs (13) with the winding ends (8). By means of this process, the winding ends (8) are mechanically and electrically directly connected to the corresponding commutator segments.

  • Patent number: 6684485
Abstract: A method for producing a flat commutator with a hub body formed from insulating molding compound, a plurality of conductor segments and an equally large number of carbon segments, the hub body being molded onto a conductor blank provided with radial grooves, which grooves are filled with molding compound. Then the composite part of conductor blank and hub body is machined on the end face of the conductor blank turned away from the hub body. An annular carbon disk is adhesively bonded to the machined end face of the composite part, whereby electrically conductive connections to the conductor blank or to the conductor segments produced therefrom are established. Finally the annular carbon disk is subdivided into carbon segments by cuts extending into the molding compound that fills the grooves. The conductor blank is then subdivided into conductor segments.
