Abstract: The application refers to a novel combination treatment/combination medicament for PF-ILD treatment, comprising as a first combination partner a therapeutically effective amount of Nintedanib or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and as a second combination partner a therapeutically effective amount of a PDE4B-inhibitor of formula I wherein Ring A is a 6-membered aromatic ring which may optionally comprise one or two nitrogen atoms and wherein R is Cl and wherein R may be located either in the para-, meta- or ortho-position of Ring A, wherein S* is a sulphur atom that represents a chiral center or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. Hereby the second combination partner is preferably a therapeutically effective amount of the PDE4B-inhibitor of formula III or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

Abstract: An apparatus for ironing laundry which comprises a heated, rotatable cylinder for pre-drying laundry to be ironed which is situated in an enclosed area to conserve heat. Laundry is directed around this pre-drying cylinder by a complementary pair of guiding conveyor belts and is then transferred to at least one cylinder and corresponding mangle trough for ironing. Laundry is directed through the mangle troughs and cylinders by means of an additional guiding belt.

Abstract: A smoothing and drying apparatus comprising at least one mangle cylinder and corresponding trough. Laundry to be smoothed and dried is passed between the mangle cylinder and trough by a guiding belt which is recycled at least one shifting roller placed above the mangle cylinder and trough. Each mangle cylinder has a covering which is wound or unwound around the mangle cylinder by a device situated above the mangle cylinder and below the portions of the guiding belt passing around the shifting roller.
