Abstract: A billboard having a self-supporting, non-combustible panel which has a base layer for printing inks that cure under ultraviolet light. In order to obtain noncombustible billboards, it is proposed that the panel be produced from fibre cement and provided with a directly applied acrylate coating, optionally containing colour pigments, as base layer for acrylic-based printing inks.

Abstract: Parking garage having at least two parking areas inside said parking garage, each parking area comprising a plurality of parking spaces adjacent to a wall, a wall segment of said wall extending along said plurality of parking spaces, said wall segment having a color pattern comprising at least two contrasting colors, whereby the color patterns of wall segments of different parking areas differ in color and in the pattern of the color patterns.

Abstract: An open-air, air-conditioned residential or recreational facility in a climatically hot environment, said facility comprising: (i) a physical boundary surrounding the area of said facility and elevating to a predetermined height above the ground surface of said facility, wherein said boundary is adapted for reducing the lateral exchange of air between the area inside said boundary and the environment outside of said boundary; and (ii) an electrically-powered cooling system for cooling the ground of said area and the air near the ground surface of said area.
