Abstract: A user-deployable data transformation and exchange platform includes on demand item synchronization formed by a user buildable dynamic link library associating incongruent article identifiers to reference common articles; and a user deployable order management system for generating, sending, receiving, and tracking the status of documents, such as purchase orders and invoices, facilitating commerce between the user and at least one other party. The platform may include an on-line network exchange. The system may include member originated, participant invitation for new member registration, including electronic notification to prospective members, and wherein new member registration utilizes data generated by the member originating the invitation. Searchable transaction histories may be maintained for member users, with each transaction having a current status identified and the ability to be flagged by a member user.
