The spring module provides improved stability. The spring cushion has a simple structure and is easy to assemble and disassemble.

Abstract: A spring module for a furniture cushion includes a conical spring and a double-layer flexible sleeve. The double layer flexible sleeve has a frustoconical first outer layer having a first closed top end, a first open bottom end, and a first outwardly extending flange at the first open bottom end. A frustoconical second inner layer inside the frustoconical first outer layer has a second closed top end, an open second bottom end, and a second outwardly extending flange at the open second bottom end of the frustoconical second inner layer. The conical spring is between the first outer layer and the second inner layer. The spring module may be attached to a base having locking structures for locking adjacent spring modules together.

Each end of the supporting rod is disposed with a fixed seat, and the bed leg is rotatably connected to the fixed seat. The fixed seat comprises an insertion opening, the fixed seat is disposed with a locking member, and the bed leg is disposed with a first locking component and a second locking component. When the bed leg is rotated to a support state, the first locking component and the locking member are locked to each other so that the bed leg is locked in the support state. In the support state, the second locking component enables an insertion end of the lateral rod to be locked in the insertion opening.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of elastic pads and discloses an elastic pad, an assembling method thereof and a furniture. An elastic pad includes a first elastic module mounting part, a plurality of first elastic modules disposed on the first elastic module mounting part in a predetermined arrangement, and a pad layer on the plurality of first elastic modules. An outer edge of the pad layer and an outer edge of the first elastic module mounting part are connected via a releasable first connection structure, leaving the sides of the elastic pad open or uncovered. The elastic pad has fewer components, a simple structure, lower cost, and improved comfort. Since the first connection structure is releasable, the pad layer can be disassembled, which facilitates assembling and transportation of the elastic pad and reduces required storage space.

The first ends of the plurality of elastic support strips are disposed on the base, and the second ends of the plurality of elastic support strips are fixedly connected relative to each other by a connecting member to form an elastic support frame portion. With the elastic support modules assembled to form an elastic pad, the elastic support modules may be used in place of springs, with less weight and better elasticity and comfort. In addition, the plurality of elastic support modules may be easily disassembled and disassembled via the base, thereby facilitating the assembly and disassembly of the elastic pad.
