The sampling device includes: a guide rail; a support adapted to move on the guide rail; a bearing member made from a hydrophobic material with two ends being fixed to the support; a plurality of containers for containing samples arranged on the support; a plurality of transport members made from a hydrophilic material and including a first portion provided on the bearing member and a second portion connected to the first portion and extending into each container; adjacent transport members being not in contact; and a drive module configured to drive the support to move on the guide rail such that a central axis of an exit port of the ion source passes through the first portion.

An upper side, a rear side and a bottom side of the third incubator body and an inner wall of the second incubator body form a space. The transport device is configured to transport gas in the third incubator body to the space. The heating device is arranged at an inner side of a door or a side of the second incubator body.

The integrated system of cell culture and operation includes a housing, a front side of the housing being provided with operating gloves. The housing has a double-layer structure consisting of an inner layer and an outer layer. An upper wall and a lower wall of the inner layer are both provided with through holes. The outer layer has a gas inlet, a gas outlet and a humidifying port. The integrated system of cell culture and operation further includes: a heating module arranged in an interlayer, and a transport module configured to transport gas and circulate the gas in the inner layer and the interlayer, resulting in low gas consumption.

Also, a method for purifying gas in an enclosed space is disclosed.
