A treatment workflow for the patient may be determined and displayed. The treatment workflow may include one or more steps for diagnosing or treating the patient in the particular treatment environment. Determining the treatment workflow may involve, possibly based on the input, updating a state-based organ model that represents an organ state of the patient. Determining the treatment workflow may further involve, based on the updated state-based organ model and the particular treatment environment, selecting the treatment workflow for the patient from a plurality of treatment workflows.
