Abstract: An exerciser graspable by a user for performing a physical exercise is provided. The exerciser has a ring extending about a device axis, and at least one ballast element having a linear extension along a main axis between a connection portion and a final end distal from the device axis. Each ballast element is freely connected to the ring by the connection portion, allowing the ballast element to freely perform relative movements with respect to the ring, even without an intervention of the user.
