Publication number: 20240131152Abstract: This invention describes ways of obtaining nano-particulated adjuvants formed by different synthetic variants of GM3 ganglioside. Depending on the fine structure of the fatty acid in the ceramide of the synthetic GM3, said adjuvants are able to stimulate specifically and in a specialized way the humoral or cellular immune response against accompanying antigens. Particularly, this invention provides immunogenic vaccine compositions that comprise peptides, polypeptides or proteins and the aforementioned nanoparticles, which are formed through the dispersion of hydrophobic proteins of the outer membrane complex (OMC) of Neisseria meningitidis in solutions containing fully synthetic variants of the GM3 ganglioside.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 2, 2023Publication date: April 25, 2024Inventors: Luis Enrique Fernández Molina, Belinda Sánchez Ramírez, Audry Fernández Gómez, Gretchen Bergado Báez, Circe Mesa Pardillo, Lisset Chao García, Narjara González Suárez, Dayana Pérez Martínez, Diana Rosa Hernández Fernández, Mabel Cruz Rodríguez, Ángel Alexis Manso Vargas, Vicente Guillermo Verez Bencomo, Blanca Idelmis Tolón Murguía, Miguel Antonio López López, Jesús Arturo Junco Barranco

Publication number: 20230094374Abstract: Polar modifier systems based on a blend of DTHFP, ETE, TMEDA, DMTHFMA and/or functionally similar compounds with BDMAEE and SMT are used to make block copolymers having high levels of pendant vinyl double bond repeat units, which is through highly selective 1,2-bond butadiene addition, low vinylcyclopentane formation, unimodal narrow molecular weight distribution, and a low level of randomized co-monomer repeat units. The block copolymers have very high levels of 1,2-vinyl content and high 3,4-vinyl bond addition of the conjugated diene monomer and low vinylcyclopentane content. The polar modifier systems provide a fast polymerization rate, with a unimodal narrow molecular weight distribution. The polar modifier systems allow operation at a higher temperature than in prior art systems, which reduces cooling requirements.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 15, 2022Publication date: March 30, 2023Applicant: Dynasol Elastómeros, S.A. de C.V.Inventors: Daniel Abraham Elizarrarás Maya, Christopher J. Hardiman, Sergio Corona Galván, Sergio Alberto Moctezuma Espiricueto, Luis Antonio Rodríguez Guadarrama

Publication number: 20150356521Abstract: A system for oilfield equipment asset utilization improvement includes a number of units of oilfield equipment, the units of oilfield equipment having a common equipment type. The system further includes a controller having an equipment confidence module that interprets a condition value corresponding to each of the units of oilfield equipment, a job requirement module that interprets a performance requirement for an oil field procedure, and an equipment planning module that selects a set of units from the number of units of oilfield equipment in response to the performance requirement for the oilfield procedure and the condition value corresponding to each of the units of oilfield equipment. The equipment planning module selects the set of units such that a procedure success confidence value exceeds a completion assurance threshold.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 18, 2015Publication date: December 10, 2015Inventors: Garud Bindiganavale Sridhar, Michael Wedge, Dzung Le, Sarmad Adnan, Iskandar Wijaya, Orlando Defreitas, Radovan Rolovic, Sandra Aldana, Luis Antonio Rodriguez
