Abstract: Methods and systems for producing warm foam mix asphalt are disclosed. In some embodiments, the methods include the following: injecting an ethanol additive into asphalt binder having a temperature below the auto ignition point of ethanol to form a foamed asphalt stream; adding the foamed asphalt stream to a mixing zone; adding at least one of aggregate and reclaimed asphalt pavement to the mixing zone; adding a foaming agent to the mixing chamber; heating at least one of the mixing zone and the at least one of aggregate and reclaimed asphalt pavement; mixing the foamed asphalt stream and the at least one of aggregate and reclaimed asphalt pavement to form a warm foam mix asphalt; collecting emissions from the mixing zone, the emissions including ethanol vapors; and recycling the emissions to the mixing zone.

Abstract: A multi-function transaction processing system including a transaction terminal having a data entry facility and a transaction processor, the transaction processor being communicatively associated with a control processor that defines user accounts and issues one or more authorization codes associated with the user account(s) in response to payment authorities provided at the transaction terminal utilizing a payment authority input of the data entry facility. Furthermore, a printer assembly is communicatively associated with the transaction terminal and generates a card assembly, the card assembly including a first portion containing the authorization code thereon, a second portion including additional promotional materials thereon, and an indicator structured to signify to the printer assembly the orientation of the card assembly relative thereto so as to prevent improper printing.

The issuing terminal is further structured to dispose account information on the card in accordance with said the information so as to permit use of the card for the purchase of products or services, and to retain the card therein during detection of the security identifier, disposition of the account information on the card and printing of an issuance confirmation on the card.
