  • Publication number: 20140151503
Abstract: A device for aerial transportation and treatment of patients in litters. The device comprises several structural elements (legs, upright posts, litter clamping arms, reinforcing members) and several connecting terminals between them allowing its installation in commercial aircraft quickly and easily, without any tools. The structural elements are formed by hollow metallic profiles, preferably of aluminum, of square section, including in their four faces recessed channels with undulated walls such as the rails of the AS 33601 standard.

  • Patent number: 8190391
Abstract: A method includes receiving a first set of parameters associated with a plurality of die. A first die performance metric associated with a selected die is determined based on the first set of parameters. At least one neighborhood die performance metric associated with a set comprised of a plurality of die that neighbor the selected die is determined based on the first set of parameters. A second die performance metric is determined for the selected die based on the first die performance metric and the neighborhood die performance metric.

  • Patent number: 7799540
Abstract: The method of fermentation with selected strains of B. trispora described in the present invention makes it possible to achieve lycopene yields higher than those currently described. The methods of isolation, purification and formulation are applicable to any natural source of lycopene, especially to submerged cultures of mucoral fungi of the genera Blakeslea, Choanephora, Phycomyces or Mucor. The method of extraction makes it possible to simplify the recovery process and increase the purity of the product, relative to the methods previously described. The methods of formulation provide high added value, since they make it possible to obtain stabilized preparations of lycopene for direct application in the food and pharmaceutical fields.

  • Publication number: 20080262769
Abstract: A method includes receiving a first set of parameters associated with a particular die. A health metric for a particular die is determined using a multivariate analysis of the first set of parameters. The health metric incorporates at least one performance metric. At least one of a market segment designator or a testing plan associated with the particular die is determined based on the health metric.

  • Publication number: 20080172189
Abstract: A method includes receiving a first set of parameters associated with a subset of a plurality of die on a wafer subjected to testing. The first set of data is expanded to generate estimated values for the first set of parameters for at least one untested die not included in the subset. A die health metric is determined for at least a portion of the plurality of die based on the first set of parameters including the estimated values.

  • Patent number: 7252965
Abstract: The invention consists of fermenting selected strains of Blakeslea trispora in conditions such that ?-carotene is produced in the form of stabilized preparations with residual contents of other carotenoids (?-carotene and ?-zeacarotene). The fermentation conditions chosen include the programmed addition of oxygen and/or ?-ionone during fermentation, and control of the age of the vegetative growth phases of the strains employed. The ?-carotene obtained can be used in the pharmaceutical and food sectors.
