The method includes detecting occurrence of a failure event in the communication circuitry and identifying at least one component of the plurality of components causing the failure event. The method further includes determining at least one component from the plurality of components, to handle the communication with the network node and enabling the at least one component for the communication with the network node.

The method also comprises enforcing, for each packet of the plurality of packets, the determined duration of time to elapse after completion of transmission of the packet, before transmission of a subsequent packet of the plurality of packets is initiated.
