  • Patent number: 10313435
Abstract: Temporary, user-authorized cloning of physical mobile phone functionality via a secure server can enable physical mobile phone features to be accessed and controlled by a user from a remote client. A secure server can include mobile phone registration information, enable secure access by users via a remote client, maintain communication and synchronization with the mobile phone, receive data associated with the physical mobile phone when is not in communication with at least one of a supporting telecommunication network and the secure server, and enable the physical mobile phone user to obtain secure communication with the secure server via a remote client, access and manage cloned mobile phone data and communicate with third parties. Physical mobile phone user access to the secure server and cloned mobile phone functionality with the remote client can be terminated once the physical mobile phone user logs off of the secure server from the remote client.

  • Patent number: 10311306
Abstract: Flat panel displays can broadcast their identity for discovery by handheld devices interested in obtaining data associated with video programming displayed on the displays. An application can be downloaded and activated on smartphones that will enable them to capture an image of the video programming and recognize is with the help of a remote server, or wirelessly obtain a list of available (discovered) flat panel displays (multiple screens, depending on venue) that allow wireless access to data associated with video programming displayed (or previously displayed and stored in a queue) on flat panels. Video programming rendering on a flat panel of interest can be identified via the smartphone and the smartphone can access additional data either directly from the flat panel or from a remote server once the data has been identified and/or engage in an interactive session in association with the displayed programming or data.

  • Patent number: 10282960
Abstract: Methods, systems and processor-readable media for providing instant/real-time voice alerts automatically to remote electronic devices. An activity can be detected utilizing one or more sensors. A text message indicative of the activity can be generated and converted into a digitized voice alert. The activity can also be a live utterance (e.g., a live announcement), which can then be instantly converted into a digitized voice alert for automatic delivery in a selected series of languages following the base language (e.g., English). The combined digitized voice alert can then be instantly transmitted through a network for broadcast of consecutive alerts (e.g., English followed by Spanish followed by Vietnamese, etc.) to one or more remote electronic devices that communicate with the network for an automatic audio announcement of the digitized voice alert through the one or more remote electronic devices.

  • Publication number: 20180194067
Abstract: Three-dimensional object bridge between virtual and physical worlds. A method, system, apparatus and/or computer-usable medium includes steps of selecting a three-dimensional item in a first state for subsequent rendering into a second state and rendering the three-dimensional item in the second state via the three-dimensional rendering apparatus. An additional step of locating a three-dimensional rendering apparatus for rendering the three-dimensional item in a second state can be included. The three-dimensional rendering apparatus can be configured as a kiosk (manned or unmanned). Internet-enabled vending machine, and the like. The first state can comprise a virtual state and the second state can comprise a physical state. Likewise, the first state can comprise a physical state and the second state can comprise a virtual state. • Patent number: 10013853
Abstract: Methods and systems for conducting a competition within a gaming environment. Two or more players can be enabled to electronically access a gaming environment over a communication network. The players can be registered to allow, access to a competition within the gaming environment. Each player can be enabled to compete against one or more other players by selecting from macro events displayed in the gaming environment one or more micro event outcomes to future micro events, the micro event outcomes randomized to prevent cheating. A selection of the micro outcomes utilizes a number of points or credits, wherein each selection of a micro outcome increases a selecting player's points or credit balance if the micro outcome occurs or decreases the points or credit balance if the micro outcome selected does not occur.

  • Publication number: 20180167656
Abstract: Systems and methods enable sporting event spectators to do more than just observe an online or live contest with the spectators' engagement being limited to group messaging with other spectators (and possibly also the game stars/participants) during an event. The present invention provides a new level of participation for spectators. Spectators can play the game alongside their favorite athlete/star and a computer system evaluates how the participants perform compared to the athlete. The system can monitor several participants and rank their performance against performance of actual athletes to determine which participants made similar moves, took similar actions, or took action that may be deemed superior to action taken by actual athletes. From the collected data top performers can be acknowledge/awarded. The data can also be useful to identify rising stars from the pool of participants, and new athletes worthy of participants in future competitions cane identified.
