  • Publication number: 20260134967
Abstract: The present disclosure provides computational systems and methods for identifying and monitoring antigen-specific T cell clones that increase or decrease in response to immunotherapies, and method for using the same to customize therapeutic interventions in cancer patients.

  • Publication number: 20250239349
Abstract: A neoantigen model discrimination method to determine if the immune system can discriminate it from “self” by estimating if a neoantigen has sufficient antigenic distance from its wild-type peptide to differentially bind the MHC or activate a T cell. In one embodiment, a model can be integrated to estimate the fitness of tumor clones as the aggregate of the cost due to T cells recognizing high quality neoantigens offset by the gain from mutations in canonical oncogenes. In an additional embodiment, a model can be used to rationally identify antigens that either elicit desired, or prevent undesired responses of any immunologically based medicine.

  • Publication number: 20050273514
Abstract: A system for automated and optimized file transfers among devices in a network comprises a client configured to request a file transfer, a server configured to transfer the requested file to the client, and a scheduling module configured to schedule delivery of the file to the client. The scheduling module preferably schedules the delivery of the file to be completed by a deadline. In an alternate embodiment, the file is transferred to a device in the network that did not send the request. The file transfer may be requested by a user at the client or may be requested by a pre-fetch module of the client.

  • Publication number: 20050188089
Abstract: A methodology and algorithm for managing resources from classes within a pool of resources to determine whether and what resources may be allocated upon a request for resources.

  • Publication number: 20050006088
Abstract: An electro acoustic device and related method for increasing the production capacity of wells that contains oil, gas and/or water is disclosed. The electro acoustic device is submerged in the well producing zone, and includes an electric generator, one or more electro acoustic transducers, and one or more wave guide systems (sonotrodes) that include radiators which transmit vibrations into the medium under treatment. The electro acoustic device produces vibrations that stimulate the occurrence of mass transfer processes within the well. According to one or more embodiments, shear vibrations are produced in the well bore region due to the phase displacement of mechanical vibrations produced along the axis of the well, achieving alternate tension and pressure due to the superposition of longitudinal and shear waves.
