The prosthetic component (1) for a dental prosthesis being coupled to an osseointegrable implant (20) and a prosthesis (30), the component comprises a superior portion (2), an intermediate portion (3) and a lower portion (4); the upper portion (2) further comprising a cylindrical projection (5), which comprises a cavity (6); the lower portion (4) comprises an adaptation base (7), wherein at the lower end of the adaptation base (7) a threaded projection (8) is arranged; wherein the intermediate portion comprises a rough, porous surface; and the component is made by additive manufacturing means.
