  • Publication number: 20260092803
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an operating method of an interface sensor, comprising steps of: arranging the interface sensor in a container full of a measurement medium so that the interface sensor is in contact with the measurement medium, and recording a measured value curve with measured values using the interface sensor. The method also includes evaluating the measured value curve using a control unit, comprising steps of: determining a layer boundary, determining a first sedimentation parameter, determining a second sedimentation parameter, determining a sedimentation indicator on the basis of a relationship between the first sedimentation parameter and the second sedimentation parameter, and outputting of the sedimentation indicator using the control unit.

  • Publication number: 20260023025
Abstract: A measuring apparatus with an optical sensor for optically measuring at least one measured variable of a medium includes a closed housing, a flow cell with a measuring chamber arranged in the housing, a reference chamber arranged in the housing and a carrier rotatably mounted in the housing. The optical sensor comprises at least one light source and at least one detector, which are arranged on the carrier in such a way that measurements of the at least one measured variable can be performed on a medium located in the measuring chamber using the optical sensor when the carrier is in a measuring position that can be accessed by rotating the carrier, and reference measurements can be carried out on a reference medium located in the reference chamber using the optical sensor when the carrier is in a reference position that can be accessed by rotating the carrier.

  • Patent number: 11979073
Abstract: A four-wheel drive hub lock harness assembly is disclosed. The harness assembly comprises a motor receptacle configured to retain a motor. The motor receptacle comprises a retainer and lead frame assembly configured to house a printed circuit board, a magnetic sensor electrically coupled to the retainer and lead frame assembly, a first and second bracket extending substantially vertically from the retainer and lead frame assembly, the first and second brackets configured to secure corresponding ends of the motor to the retainer and lead frame assembly, and encapsulation material encapsulating the printed circuit board and magnetic sensor for dampening vibrations of the wheels of a vehicle. The harness assembly also comprises a housing assembly situated beneath the motor receptacle, which mechanically connects with the eIWE, and a cable extending from the housing assembly, the cable configured to electrically connect the hub lock harness assembly to a powertrain control module (PCM).

  • Publication number: 20230247376
Abstract: A piezoelectric sensor and amplifier for use with an auditory aid device are disclosed. The piezoelectric sensor includes a top sensor and a bottom sensor disposed on opposite surfaces of a flex printed circuit board. The top and bottom sensors are made of a piezoelectric material, such as PVDF. Further, the piezoelectric sensor is adapted to be implanted into a subject's ear, where the piezoelectric sensor is cantilevered with the free, or distal end, touching the umbo. The proximal end is held in place by a support that is affixed to the ear. Additionally, the piezoelectric sensor is shaped so that the width of the distal end is less than the width at the proximal end. Further, the piezoelectric sensor generates differential signals, which are then amplified using a differential amplifier circuit.

  • Patent number: 9309476
Abstract: A process and a plant for obtaining highly pure methane from biogas where biogas coming from a fermenter is compressed and fed to at least one membrane unit having a selectively permeable membrane, which provides a product gas stream containing an elevated proportion of methane and a gas stream containing a reduced proportion of methane. A quality sensor may be arranged in the outlet line for the highly pure product gas. A vacuum pump, the capacity of which can be regulated, may be connected to the low-pressure side of one of the membrane units. It is controlled by a control unit which receives its input signal from the quality sensor in the outlet line, and if the proportion of methane measured by the quality sensor falls below a certain value, the capacity of the vacuum pump is regulated so that the pressure difference at the membrane increases.
