  • Publication number: 20250121558
Abstract: A method for the additive manufacturing of an item includes a step of solidifying a construction material, modifying the distribution, and solidifying the construction material. In the step of solidifying the construction material, the material is solidified in order to form at least one wall element which delimits at least one internal space. The item is a three-dimensional object formed by selective solidification of a resin-based construction material which includes at least one additive. In the step of modifying the distribution, the distribution is modified by locally increasing the concentration of the additive in the liquid construction material in the at least one delimited internal space. In the final step of solidifying the construction material, the construction material is solidified in the at least one internal space.

  • Publication number: 20240399654
Abstract: A method for additive manufacturing of an item includes a first solidification step and a second solidification step. In the first solidification step, at least one structure section having a first degree of solidification is formed. The at least one structure section delimits at least one interior accommodating a liquid construction material. The item is a three-dimensional object having a resin-based construction material which is liquid in a base state and is solidifiable. In the second solidification step a deformation section is formed. The deformation section has a second degree of solidification that is different from the first degree of solidification. The deformation section is formed from the liquid construction material accommodated in the interior.

  • Patent number: 12145195
Abstract: A method for producing a structural component having a foam structure formed by foaming a foamable material, includes the following steps: additively building a receiving component that reproduces the outer geometry of the structural component to be produced at least in some sections, in particular completely, and having a receiving space for receiving foamable material; introducing at least one foamable material into the receiving space of the receiving component; and carrying out at least one measure for foaming the foamable material introduced into the receiving space of the receiving component so as to form the foam structure.

  • Patent number: 12065065
Abstract: For the purpose of simplified production of a motor vehicle seat which can be used in a versatile manner, with a seat part, a backrest and a headrest, the seat part and/or the backrest and/or the headrest have or has a number of chambers which are produced additively from an elastic material, particularly preferably silicone and/or a polyurethane, and which are in each case designed to be filled at least temporarily with a fluid.

  • Publication number: 20210237318
Abstract: A method for producing a component includes forming a component body having a surface by an additive build-up operation from a hardenable material which is built up in an additive manner or providing the component body having the surface which is formed by the additive build-up operation from the hardenable material which is built up in the additive manner. The method further includes hardening the surface of the component body and forming a surface texture on the surface of the component body prior to the hardening of the surface of the component body and/or during the hardening of the surface of the component body.
