Abstract: A valve spring made of plastic, in particular for pretensioning a valve stem against a valve seat of a dispensing unit for dispensing a preferably liquid product, is proposed, wherein the valve spring has a plurality of spring elements arranged axially one behind the other, in particular along an axis or longitudinal axis. According to a first aspect, each spring element has two curved portions which are formed mirror-symmetrically with respect to one another and are connected to one another at their ends. According to a further aspect, the valve spring has a leaf-spring-like or cup-spring-like construction.

Abstract: A spring made of plastic, a dispensing apparatus provided therewith for in particular cosmetic products and the use of such a spring are proposed, wherein the spring is made of a material mixture with propylene and has special characteristic values for achieving good spring properties.

The valve arrangement comprises a valve plate for fixing the valve arrangement to a container, a valve housing and a fixing part for fixing the valve housing to the valve plate. The fixing part is welded with the valve plate. Furthermore, a dispensing apparatus with a container and a valve arrangement as well as a production method are proposed.

Abstract: A valve for dispensing a fluid from a container and a dispensing apparatus with such a valve are proposed. The valve has a spring device for returning a valve element to a closed position, the spring device being integral with the valve element. The spring device has a contact area for contact with a counterface of a valve body, the contact area forming an elevation of an outer surface of the spring device. The spring device and the counterface are in point contact with each other in any position of the valve element. The materials of the contact area and the counterface are matched to each other in such a way that they slide silently on each other. A seal of the valve is made of polyethylene or a thermoplastic elastomer. The valve is preferably designed as a full plastic valve and is easily recyclable.
