    Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices for providing emergency services in accordance with various embodiments of the present disclosure are provided. In one embodiment, a method for providing emergency services using an emergency telecommunications server having a processor and a network interface in network communication with a mobile device associated with a user and at least one emergency call center, the method comprising: receiving user data, at the emergency telecommunications server, from the mobile device, using the network interface; receiving location data, at the emergency telecommunications server, from the mobile device, using the network interface; determining, a first call center from the at least one call center to provide emergency services to the user associated with the mobile device; and transmitting, by the emergency telecommunications server, to the first call center, the user data and the location data using the network interface.
