  • Patent number: 11506025
Abstract: A wellbore isolation system is disclosed. The wellbore isolation system includes a junction positioned at an intersection of a first wellbore and a second wellbore, and a deflector disposed in the junction such that a path into the first leg of the junction is obstructed and engaged with the first leg of the junction to form a fluid and pressure tight seal. The junction includes a first leg extending downhole into the first wellbore, and a second leg extending downhole into the second wellbore. The deflector includes a channel extending axially through the deflector, and a degradable plug disposed in the channel and engaged with the channel to prevent fluid flow through the channel.

  • Patent number: 11448051
Abstract: A main well bore is drilled. The main well bore is completed and stimulated. The main well bore is sealed. A lateral well bore is drilled off the main well bore. A junction that allows communication with the lateral well bore and that connects the main well bore is inserted. The lateral well bore is stimulated through the junction. The main well bore is unsealed, allowing comingled flow from the main bore and the lateral bore.

  • Patent number: 11268339
Abstract: Methods and apparatus for milling a window for a lateral wellbore in a casing string. An example method introduces a milling assembly into a primary wellbore, the milling assembly comprising: a whipstock, a guide bar coupled to the whipstock, and a wash pipe coupled to the guide bar. The method further includes running the milling assembly to a depth at which it is adjacent to the window in the casing string; securing the whipstock in the casing string; decoupling the wash pipe from the guide bar; guiding the wash pipe to mill the guide bar without milling the whipstock; and milling the window in the casing string with the wash pipe.

  • Patent number: 11100472
Abstract: Some embodiments facilitate remote monitoring of an activity at one or more facilities by a vehicle. Data is received at a communications interface from a remote device that is co-located with the vehicle. The data includes a vehicle identifier and a vehicle location indicator. A zone data record is accessed. The zone data record includes a plurality of zones, each zone having a virtual geographical boundary associated with a physical geographical area including at least one facility. It is determined that the vehicle is located within a zone of the zone data record for a preconfigured period of time based on the vehicle location indicator and the zone data record. Responsive to determining that the vehicle is located within the zone for the preconfigured period, performance of the activity at the one or more facilities by the vehicle is determined.
