Publication number: 20250085271Abstract: Provided herein are systems, devices, and methods for performing optical multianalyte detection in a sample, such as a human blood sample. The system processes sample in a single-use support pack that holds the blood sample and contains pipette tips, buffers, reagent preparation wells and a monolayer. Sample is transferred from the sample pack to a single-use disc consumable that contains microwells pre-filled with dried chemistries, plasma separation features, and a hematocrit channel. The instrument comprises a cell imager, an absorbance module comprising a spectrophotometer, a fluorescent laser scanning module, and a camera. The system uses only a small amount of blood from a single heparinized sample, to simultaneously provide results for a full panel of routine blood tests spanning elecochemistry, clinical chemistry, hematology, immunoassays and combinations thereof.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 8, 2023Publication date: March 13, 2025Applicant: Truvian Sciences, Inc.Inventors: Dena Marrinucci, Nicholas Haase, Ryan Morgan, Michael Adams, Derek Arndt, Graeme Cross, Greg Grabarek, Jeffrey A. Publication number: 20240184805Abstract: A method and apparatus for distribution of applications amongst a number of servers, ensuring that changes to application data on a master for that application are asynchronously replicated to a number of slaves for that application. Servers may be located in geographically diverse locations; the invention permits data replication over high-latency and lossy network connections and failure-tolerance under hardware and network failure conditions. Access to applications is mediated by a distributed protocol handler which allows any request for any application to be addressed to any server, and which, when working in tandem with the replication system, pauses connections momentarily to allow seamless, consistent live-migration of applications and their state between servers.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 12, 2024Publication date: June 6, 2024Inventor: Luke Marsden

Patent number: 11829853Abstract: A system for tracking and representing data science model runs includes a hub including a first computing device communicatively coupled with a data store. A runner including a second computing device having a cache is communicatively coupled with the hub through a telecommunications network. An end user computing device includes a display and is communicatively coupled with the runner and the hub. User interfaces displayed on the display include: a unique identifier identifying a data science model run performed by the runner; a list of input files used by the runner to perform the run; a list of output files output by the runner as a result of the run; and a diagram diagramming a process flow including a visual representation of the input files, a visual representation of the run, and a visual representation of the output files.Type: GrantFiled: July 6, 2021Date of Patent: November 28, 2023Assignee: Subtree Inc.Inventors: Luke Marsden, Alaric Blagrave Snell-Pym, Karolis Rusenas, Charlotte Rachael Godley
