The system can arrange the transport service to be provided by a driver for the rider. The driver can be associated with a profile that includes data indicating that the driver has a particular characteristic. Based on determining that the destination location information has not been included in the request and determining that the driver has the particular characteristic, the system can transmit, to the rider device, a notification requesting the rider to provide a user-specified destination.
