Abstract: A testing apparatus includes a first section defining a recess to receive and align a transducer and an alignment protrusion. The testing apparatus further includes a second section hinge-ably coupled to the first section and defining a sample port and an alignment opening. The testing apparatus includes a gasket insert disposed within the sample port and defining at least one well configured to receive a fluid therein and align with a first portion of the transducer. A connector is coupled to the second section, the connector having a plurality of flexible or spring-loaded contact pins that align with a second portion of the transducer. The testing apparatus is movable between (i) an open configuration wherein the first section is disposed at an angle with respect to the second section and (ii) a closed configuration wherein the alignment protrusion is disposed within the alignment opening.
