  • Publication number: 20250068658
Abstract: Embodiments described herein relate to the efficient generation of synthetic datasets that represent many-to-many relationships. In particular, certain embodiments implement a particular factorization for many-to-many generative models, which leads to a scalable generation framework by combining random graph theory and representation learning. Further embodiments we extend the framework to establish the notion of differential privacy within the synthetically generated data. The embodiments described herein are therefore able to generate synthetic datasets efficiently while preserving information within and across many-to-many datasets with improved accuracy.

  • Publication number: 20250061991
Abstract: A healthcare management computing system including a processor in communication with a memory is described. The processor is configured to receive a first input from a user computing device and identify historical health data stored in the memory. The processor is also configured to, based upon health data and the historical health data, determine additional health data associated with the health data and cause a plurality of data fields associated with the user profile to be populated with the additional health data. The processor is further configured to receive a second input from the user computing device, the second input including modified additional health data, and update the historical health data in the memory to include the modified additional health data as being associated with the health data.

  • Publication number: 20240082796
Abstract: A method and apparatus for diffusing or reducing gas into a liquid is described. This invention covers several different methods for infusing or reducing gas into a liquid with a feedback loop that monitors specific parameters of the process and can vary controls to achieve a targeted value or keep within a range of values. The parameter of interest is the ORP (Oxidative Reduction Potential) and one way to determine that value is using an ORP sensor to directly measure it at various points in the process such as on the untreated incoming process fluid, right after infusing the reducing gas, or later in the process such as where the fluid is discharged back into the original tank in the case of a recirculating system or when it is discharged to the next phase of the treatment train.

  • Publication number: 20230064737
Abstract: A method and apparatus for removing specific contaminants from an aqueous solution in a recirculating tank or linear treatment system is described. An aqueous solution is pumped into a reaction chamber. Measurements from the aqueous solution are collected, including one or more of Free Chlorine, Total Chlorine, Total Ammonia Nitrogen, pH, bacteria in the tank, and Oxidation Reduction Potential. In response to the measurements collected, one or more of pump speed, injection of pH precursors prior to the reaction chamber, reaction chamber electrode voltage, current, infusion rate of the chlorine, and contact time of the aqueous solution with the chlorine, are adjusted.

  • Patent number: 8788273
Abstract: A method for a computing device to search for data entails receiving first user input that initiates a quick scrolling action and activates a speech recognition subsystem, receiving second user input by recognizing voice input using the speech recognition subsystem to determine a search query, and searching for data that corresponds to the search query. The quick scrolling action and activation of the speech recognition subsystem may be triggered, for example, by a swiping gesture on an optical jog pad, on a touch screen, or on a touch-sensitive mouse, or by a contactless three-dimensional gesture.

  • Publication number: 20130260839
Abstract: An apparatus, and an associated method, provides for operation of a handset receiver at a volumetric output level of either a hands free mode of operation or a handset mode of operation. A noncontact proximity sensor detects proximity of the handset to a user. If the sensed proximity indicates that the handset is positioned proximate to the user, the maximum volumetric output level is constrained to be no greater than a maximum handset mode of operation level. If the sensed proximity is greater than a minimum distance, high volumetric output levels are permitted of the handset receiver.

  • Publication number: 20130094680
Abstract: A portable electronic device includes an audio coder-decoder ‘CODEC’ capable of generating analog audio signals from digital audio representations, and includes a transmit coil capable of producing an alternating magnetic field upon passage of the analog audio signals through the transmit coil. Automatically determining the presence of conditions for magnetic coupling between the portable electronic device and an audio reproduction accessory results in the portable electronic device causing the analog audio signals to be routed from the CODEC to the transmit coil. When an audio reproduction accessory for a portable electronic device is magnetically coupled to the portable electronic device, the sole source of energy for audible sound generated by the audio reproduction accessory may be energy contained in a magnetic field that acts on the audio reproduction accessory, the magnetic field produced by a transmit coil of the portable electronic device.
