  • Patent number: 12315779
Abstract: A computer system includes a processor module comprising a vapor chamber heat spreader for removing heat from a bare die processor. The vapor chamber heat spreader may be coupled with the bare die processor via a mounting structure. The vapor chamber heat spreader may have a pedestal that extends towards the bare die processor, such that a bottom surface of the pedestal is positioned proximate a top surface of the bare die processor. In various embodiments, the processor module may be configured to enable servicing of one or more components. For example, the processor module may have a mechanism that allows for uncoupling the vapor chamber heat spreader from the bare die processor, so as to enable replacement of the bare die processor in some embodiments.

  • Publication number: 20250117671
Abstract: Methods and systems are described herein for a system that enables individual users or entities to assess high-level concepts expressed in natural language by identifying quantitative evaluation criteria for evaluating the concept. For example, a query evaluation system is provided herein that receives a user's query including natural language, e.g., indicative of a higher-level concept or idea to be deployed. The system may identify quantitative evaluation criteria for evaluating the concept, perform back-testing (e.g., to see how a particular strategy would have performed in the past) and allow the user to create a specific investment portfolio that tracks the original intent of the user. The concept may be tested, and its performance evaluated before deploying it to a user portfolio.

  • Patent number: 12259938
Abstract: A system and method generate answers to user queries by providing natural language responses containing direct citations to primary sources. The system comprises a data collection pipeline that ingests, processes, and organizes data from multiple sources, and a retrieval mechanism that processes user queries, identifies relevant data, and employs a machine learning model, such as a Large Language Model (LLM), to generate natural language responses based on the retrieved data. The generated responses are augmented with direct references to the primary sources, ensuring accurate attribution and up-to-date information. This system combines the natural language capabilities of LLMs with the direct connections to primary sources provided by traditional search engines, delivering real-time, dynamic processing of resources without incurring high re-training costs.

  • Publication number: 20250059548
Abstract: Systems and methods are described for the use of DNA or RNA aptamers, or a combination of both, to selectively target and deactivate cellular and ubiquitous nucleases (RNases/DNases) in sample collection mediums and genomics kits. These highly specific DNA/RNA aptamers will improve the preservation and stabilization of RNA and DNA polymers obtained from eukaryotic, prokaryotic, and viral sources. The described methods and use involve the utilization of anti-nuclease binding aptamers for two main purposes: 1) deactivating nucleases to enhance the preservation of RNA/DNA in collected samples within a multi-use specimen collection medium, and 2) inclusion in an ‘RNase Removal Kit’.

  • Patent number: 12072266
Abstract: A leak detection system for a thermal interface material (TIM) includes a sensor located proximate to a processor. As thermal fluctuations or other events cause the TIM to flow out of the gap between the processor and a thermal management device, a leak detection sensor may detect the presence of the TIM. This allows an operator of the computing device to identify TIM leaks, thereby preventing or reducing damage to the processor or other electronic components of a computing device.
