Abstract: A die steel with a high thermal diffusion coefficient includes 0.30-0.40 wt. % of C, 0.05-0.10 wt. % of Si, 2.50-3.40 wt. % of Mo, 0.01-0.05 wt. % of Nb, 0.30-0.50 wt. % of Co, 0.01-0.05 wt. % of RE, the rest is Fe and unavoidable impurities, wherein in the die steel, P?0.15 wt. %, S?0.025 wt. %. A preparation method of the die steel includes steps of melting, electroslag remelting, electroslag ingot annealing, forging, spheroidizing annealing, quenching and tempering.

Abstract: A method and system for detecting abnormal values in an LTE network is provided: dividing measured data into a training and a testing set; defining clusters and parameters in the training set, and finding the cluster to which each point belongs using clustering algorithms; calculating a likelihood of each point based on parameters and clustering results; assigning the likelihood into an abnormal, an intermediate or a normal region according to a set warning and alarming threshold; and applying a calculated model to the testing set, the likelihood of each point is calculated and assigned to a region, thereby finding abnormal values in the testing set. The variation of data points versus time may be better understood by introducing time axes into the model, thereby multiple abnormal values may be discovered from a sequence of multiple points. The method can immediately detect abnormal values and the error rate is low.

The cell incubator includes a first incubator body, a second incubator body arranged inside the first incubator body, an enclosed space formed between the first incubator body and the second body, a third incubator body arranged inside the second incubator body, a transport device, a heating device, and an insulation device arranged on an outer side or inner side of the first incubator body. An upper side, a rear side and a bottom side of the third incubator body and an inner wall of the second incubator body form a space. The transport device is configured to transport gas in the third incubator body to the space. The heating device is arranged at an inner side of a door or a side of the second incubator body.
