The system includes a modulation and light emission module configured to emit a communication light ray obtained by modulating information to be communicated; and a tracking and light sensing module configured to receive and demodulate the communication light ray to obtain the information to be communicated and further configured to align the tracking and light sensing module with the communication light ray according to the angle between the tracking and light sensing module and the communication light ray.
