  • Publication number: 20240116196
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a collaborative robot arm and a joint module. The joint module includes a housing, a driving assembly, and a multi-turn absolute encoder. The joint module detects the angular position of the output shaft and records a number of rotating revolutions of the output shaft only by means of the multi-turn absolute encoder. The multi-turn absolute encoder includes a base, a bearing, a rotating shaft, an encoding disk, and a circuit board, the encoding disk is rotatably connected with the base by the rotating shaft and the bearing, the circuit board is fixedly connected with the base, and the reading head on the circuit board detects the angular position of the output shaft cooperatively with the encoding disk, making the multi-turn absolute encoder be an integrated structure. The base and the rotating shaft are detachably connected with the housing and the output shaft respectively.

  • Publication number: 20240116194
Abstract: An integrated joint module includes a housing, a driving assembly, a speed reduction assembly, a braking assembly and an encoding assembly. The housing includes a first housing and a second housing, an annular supporting platform is arranged on an inner side of the first housing. The driving assembly includes an output shaft, a stator embedded in the annular supporting platform, and a rotor connected with the output shaft and arranged on an inner side of the stator, the speed reduction assembly and the braking assembly are connected with two ends of the output shaft. The encoding assembly is arranged on a side of the braking assembly away from the driving assembly and connected with the output shaft, the second housing is sleeved on the encoding assembly and connected with the first housing. The integrated joint module helps to simplify the structure of the joint module and reduce the cost.

  • Publication number: 20240054679
Abstract: Methods, apparatuses, systems, and computer readable media for managing a camera system. The camera system comprises at least a first camera and a second camera. In the method, a first position and a second position for a first object and a second object are obtained from the first and second cameras, respectively. The first and second objects are used for calibrating the camera system. After a movement of the first and second objects, a third position and a fourth position for the first and second objects are obtained from the first and second cameras, respectively. Here, a relative object position between the first and second objects remains unchanged during the movement. A relative camera position between the first and second cameras is determined based on the first, second, third, and fourth positions.

  • Publication number: 20230383995
Abstract: A solar collector comprising a wide-angle, nonimaging asymmetric optical reflector comprising a reflective film, an absorber assembly positioned within the optical reflector having a transparent tube evacuated to a vacuum or partial vacuum and at least two pipes with fluid flowing through the pipes, the pipes arranged in a flow-through configuration, wherein the solar acceptance angle of the collector is about 40 degrees, allowing for passive (stationary) solar tracking, and where the solar energy collected is transferred to the fluid in the form of heat. The fluid exiting the solar collector is in the range of 100° C. to 250° C., and the thermal energy of the fluid may be used to generate high-quality steam for solar industrial process heat applications.

  • Publication number: 20210135622
Abstract: Non-imaging solar collectors that generate both electrical energy and thermal energy through the use of a novel solar absorber assembly inside a transparent housing with a wide-angle concentrator are disclosed. One or more minichannels or heat pipes comprise part of the absorber assembly, and effectively remove heat from photovoltaic solar cells adjacent and/or attached to the minichannels or heat pipes, thereby cooling and improving the efficiency of the solar cells while at the same time transferring heat to a fluid flowing through the minichannel(s). Also disclosed are methods of manufacturing non-imaging solar collectors that generate both electrical and thermal energy.
