  • Publication number: 20230274269
Abstract: Methods, apparatus and techniques are disclosed to define and use bearer token records to transfer a crypto asset from a sending account and where a secret is required to be provided as a proof of possession of the bearer token to complete the transfer to a receiving account. Certified bearer tokens are locked for later transfer to a defined receiving account at generation. Lockable bearer tokens are lockable after generation via a second secret. Bearer token records may be expired to revert the crypto asset to the sending account if not completed using the secret. Bearer token records are implementable on a blockchain. Bearer tokens of small denomination crypto assets are useful for various transactions such a streaming or other online services. A computing device provides a change purse to carry and use bearer tokens. Multiple signature accounts and payment transactions are provided for crypto assets.

  • Publication number: 20230259923
Abstract: Methods, apparatus and techniques are disclosed to atomically instantiate a secure hash locked account record in association with an NFT record (a crypto-asset record) where the account record is stored in a validation layer of a blockchain and the NFT record is stored in an application layer. The secure hash locked protocol prevents a transfer of the NFT record except with a transfer of the account. The secure hash locked protocol uses first and second hashes of first and second pre-images (e.g. hash locks) to lock the account from transfer. Secure hash locked accounts may be transferred for one another using an unlock, setup and atomic swap transaction process to ensure secure transfer. Once minted, the NFT record is static and is configured to store arbitrary data useful to an external application. As an example, NFT assets may comprise digital assets such as in-game features from video games.

  • Publication number: 20110230246
Abstract: A social networking word game that features a set of letters generated randomly from a list of player-associated names or themed words, with letter values determined by the ordinal position of the letter in the name or word, wherein the player is presented with a set of these randomly generated letters and corresponding values and must within a given time limit and a given point system, assemble the highest scoring single word or words. Each player's unique game content may in turn be used to generate new instances of the game. The game can be played as part of a community of players, where each player's unique sub-community is managed by a server, which handles player-to-player challenges and the presentation of game instances. The client side collects game data, the server side processes this data, and then makes it available to the community at large.

  • Patent number: 5649115
Abstract: A tracking method and apparatus for use with a computer including a processor for executing code, input/output devices for providing data, memory for storing account data and a display. In operation, a plurality of transaction images are displayed on the computer display. In response to selection of one of the transaction images, a corresponding entry sequence is executed. The execution causes a display of one or more entry fields for receiving transaction data in response to the execution of the entry sequence. The transaction data is entered in response to the entry sequence and the entry fields displayed. The transaction data entered is stored in an account store corresponding to the selected one of the transaction images. Each account has a plurality of fields for data. The entry fields presented by the entry sequence are only the ones necessary for the particular transaction as determined by the selected transaction image and the corresponding entry sequence.

  • Patent number: 5423033
Abstract: A report generation system and method generates a secondary report containing detailed information concerning a specific data element of a primary report. To generate the secondary report, the user first selects a data element on the on-screen primary report using either a mouse or a keyboard. The user then activates a command by either selecting from a menu, typing a command keystroke, or clicking the mouse. The system then generates a secondary report using new parameters determined by the particular data element selected by the user.
