    Abstract: The present invention discloses a soft-switching bidirectional phase-shift converter with an extended load range, which is in particularly applicable to system for the fast charging of electric vehicles in various occasions, comprising an inverter bridge, a rectifier bridge, a transformer connected between the output side of the inverter bridge and the input side of the rectifier bridge, and an equivalent inductor representing the leakage inductance of a primary side of the transformer, wherein a DC input voltage is applied to the input side of the inverter bridge, and an output load is connected to the output side of the rectifier bridge. The phase-shift converter provided by the present invention is applicable to light-load cases, without influencing the operation in heavy-load cases, so the available load range of the present charger is extended compared to conventional phase shift converters.

The image is converted into a clean detection image by conducting the following processes: uniforming the brightness, enhancing the contrast, filtering off the noise, smoothing the image and binarizing the image. A relative relation between a pixel and the surrounding pixels of the clean detection image is converted into a spatial relation sequence model. The spatial relation sequence model is compared to the different types of the defect sequence model, so that the defect type of the optical film is identified as a point defect, a lack of material defect or a ripple defect.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein are techniques for sensing multiple reference levels in non-volatile storage elements without changing the voltage on the selected word line. One aspect includes determining a first condition of a selected non-volatile storage element with respect to a first reference level based on whether a sensing transistor conducts in response to a sense voltage on a sense node. Then, a voltage on the source terminal of the sensing transistor is modified after determining the first condition with respect to the first reference level. A second condition of the selected non-volatile storage element is then determined with respect to a second reference level based on whether the sensing transistor conducts in response to the sense voltage on the sense node. This allows two different reference levels to be efficiently sensed. Dynamic power is saved due low capacitance of the sensing transistor relative to the sense node.
