  • Patent number: 8557348
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a synthetic leather formed with a pattern includes a mixing step (A) in which at least a first material and a second material are properly mixed in proportion into a mixture; a first coating step (B) in which the mixture is coated on a substrate to form a blocking layer; a printing step (C) in which a determined pattern is printed on the surface of blocking layer to form a pattern layer; and a second coating step (D) in which at least the mixture is coated on the pattern layer to form a surface layer, thereby a product being finished. Thus, the pattern layer may be sandwiched between the blocking layer and the surface layer, which prevents the pattern layer contacting the substrate or outside from fading in color and shedding off and prevents the child from eating, by accident, the fall-off pattern layer.

  • Publication number: 20090324833
Abstract: A method for forming patterns on face membrane by air-drawing force when vacuum. A foamed polyurethane (PU) is injected on the surface of substratum cloth to form a face membrane. The face membrane is heated at a preset temperature by a preheating box to be continuously maintained in a softened condition before it is not thoroughly hardened. An airproof release film is attached on one side of the substratum cloth opposite to the face membrane. A roller having functions of vacuum and cooling has its superficial patterns being pressed and printed on the heated face membrane by the air-drawing force when vacuum.

  • Publication number: 20090176425
Abstract: A flexible keyboard includes a first layer combined with a second layer. The first layer has a first base cloth, a hot melt film spread on the first base cloth, and at least a first metallic sheet fixed on the hot melt film. The first metallic sheet is connected with a conducting line. The second layer has a second base cloth, a hot melt film spread on the second base cloth, and at least a second metallic sheet fixed on the hot melt film to correspond to the first metallic sheet. The second metallic sheet is connected with a conducting line. A foamed layer is sandwiched between the first layer and the second layer, with at least a gap formed for being pressed. So, if the invention is installed in clothes, a user can just press on the clothes corresponding to the gaps to operate an electronic appliance.

  • Publication number: 20090017214
Abstract: A method for directly forming patterns on face membrane by vacuum absorption is to have foamed polyurethane (PU) injected on the surface of substratum cloth to form a face membrane. Then, the face membrane is heated at a preset temperature by a preheating box to be continuously kept in a softened condition before it is not thoroughly hardened. Subsequently, a roller having functions of vacuum absorption and cooling has its superficial patterns quickly pressed and absorbed on the heated face membrane by vacuum absorbing force, and simultaneously the patterns on the face membrane is quickly cooled off and fixed in shape by the roller, thus shortening a producing process, saving factory equipment, conforming to environmental conservation and economizing energy source.

  • Publication number: 20080121342
Abstract: A manufacturing process for a three-dimensional patterned leather or textile is to employ a three-dimensional releasing paper transferred to a raw material mixing device to let its patterned surface filled with a PU resin with a certain thickness. Then, a flat releasing paper is attached on a surface of the PU resin opposite to the three-dimensional releasing paper, forming a semi-product that is further finished by a finishing device to become a three-dimensional patterned textile via combining with a base textile or a three-dimensional patterned leather by means of a finishing mold. No solvent is utilized through the whole process, achieving a purpose of environmental protection and public health.

  • Patent number: 7204882
Abstract: A polyurethane resin coating device includes a material mixing unit for mixing materials to have them reacted to form polyurethane resin liquid mixture. Subsequently, the polyurethane resin liquid mixture flows downward to a pressuring and sending unit to be mixed and reacted again by the helical rods rotating in the pressuring and sending unit and then pressured and conveyed to a gear pump. Afterward, the polyurethane resin liquid mixture is controlled by the rotating speed of the gears in the gear pump and steadily conveyed onto a coating wheel. A gap adjustable in size is formed between the wheel surface of the coating wheel and the outlet of the gear pump, able to carry out coating steadily and evenly.
