Abstract: A lift structure with adjustment assistance optimized based on ergonomics includes a top, a base, an X-shaped cross arm and a gas spring, wherein the X-shaped cross arm includes a first directional arm and a second directional arm; wherein one end of the gas spring rotates around a second rotating shaft fixed relative to the first directional arm, and the other end rotates around a third rotating shaft fixed relative to the second directional arm, and the first, second and third rotating axes being parallel with each other; and wherein at the reference height, in a plane where an axis of the gas spring is located and is perpendicular to the respective rotating axes, the axis of the gas spring is tangent to a circumference centered on the first rotating shaft and having a set radius, with a tangent point being located on the second rotating shaft.

Abstract: The present invention provides a framework for explainability of a machine learning-based decision-making system. The framework calculates the directional contribution and sensitivity of each feature for each prediction. In addition, the framework provides decision rules to explain each prediction made by the decision-making system. Furthermore, the framework displays a readable explanation of the decisions made by the decision-making system via mapping the model explanation to the business context.

Abstract: A metal oxide semiconductor varactor may be formed with HALO implants regions having an opposite polarity from the polarity of the well of the varactor. The HALO implant regions can be angled away from the source and drain. The HALO implant regions can stop the depletion from continuing as the bias voltage applied to the gate continues to increase. Stopping that depletion can create a constant capacitance when the varactor is in a depletion bias.

Abstract: An MOS varactor may be formed without tip implants or HALO implants. As a result, parasitic resistance may be reduced, jitter may be improved, and the quality factor may be increased, as well as the tunable range of the varactor.
